I am a MedTech professional with over 24 years of experience in pre-commercial product development, project management, and operations. I am passionate about organizing and efficiently managing startup MedTech projects to make the most out of an organization's resources. In addition to practicing, I support the next generation of MedTech professionals by lecturing at San Jose State University in the Biomedical Engineering program, and am developing standalone educational programming for MedTech founders.

I am a healthcare learning and development leader with over 11 years of experience practicing as a PA-C and over 7 years leading training, onboarding, and change management projects in growth-stage healthtech. In addition to practicing as a clinician, I provide strategic advising, instructional design, and clinical training services to startups in the healthcare and bioscience sectors. I am passionate about creating effective educational programs which empower MedTech organizations to meet their goals.
